Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information:

One of our promises to you is that your flowers will be guaranteed in freshness.
To ensure your flowers will be only the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible, some stems may arrive in bud. This is to further protect the flowers while in transit, but to also allow the flowers to last even longer. From our experience, watching the flowers burst into full bloom in the days following the delivery is part of the magic. We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet you receive resembles the bouquet ordered as closely as possible.

We promise delivery of your order in the time slot selected however in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control this might not met and you will be notified about this in advance. Order should be placed minimum 12 Hrs before for early Morning Delivery (7 am - 9 am). Orders with Designer Cakes should be placed minimum 24 hrs before.

Care Instructions:

Cake

Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it.
Leave it in the fridge until it is time to cut and serve.
The cake should be placed back in the fridge and should be consumed within 48 hours.

Flowers

When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water.
Re-cut 1-2 Inches of the stems at a 45 degree angle.
Use a clean vase and clean water.
Remove the leaves below the waterline but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
Check the water level daily and replenish as needed.
Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.

Balloons

The balloon arrangement will be delivered inflated, as shown in the image.
Please keep the balloon arrangement in a safe place away from sharp corners and edges when not in use.
Adult supervision is required. Keep deflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.
Changes in temperature and altitudes will affect the balloon float time.
