1 ) Is it possible to send personalized Gifts and Flowers which are not displayed in the site to a customer ?

Yes, we can deliver customized Gifts and Flowers to any place in India, drop us an email stating your requirements and we will reply you with the details.

2 ) Is it possible to deliver Gifts and Flowers on Fridays and Holidays ?

No, we can’t deliver gifts for all occasions on Fridays and Public holidays

3 ) How can we make sure the quality of the product ? What if the delivered item is not fresh or not in good shape ?

We guarantee you 100% quality for the products delivered and if the recipient is not satisfied with the freshness of the gift, the party can reject the gift. In such cases the replacement will be done as soon as possible. If the recipient accepts the gifts, any complaints will not be entertained later.

We try to update the client with email or sms notification when the gifts are delivered. We try to intimate the client soon after delivery, but in some cases it may take some time. You can call and confirm the status on +971557793277

Carmel Flowers LLC makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. We will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered on the same day, you can reach us +971 55 77 93 277. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Carmel Flowers prior to 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team (domestic). We will not cancel any order unless informed 24 hours (domestic)prior to the delivery date.

Note: A refund will be processed by Carmel Flowers in the event Carmel Flowers determines that the cancellation of the order is due to our incapability of fulfilling the order.
